Our sectors
The products other channels find difficult.
We specialise in advanced technology, smart home and robotics. These are products with a real setup, a real learning curve and a real service tail, which is exactly why they need a distributor that does more than ship them.
Where we sell
Six categories.
Homecare
Connected appliances and everyday home technology. High volume, high expectation, and unforgiving if the support behind it is thin.
Cleaning
Robot vacuums, mops and automated cleaning. A category that has moved from novelty to standard, where customers now compare navigation and mapping rather than suction alone.
Robotics
Autonomous machines that map, navigate and make decisions. The hardest category to sell well and the one where a knowledgeable channel makes the largest difference to a brand's numbers.
Commercial automation
Equipment built for businesses, contractors and grounds teams rather than households. Longer sales cycles, larger orders, and buyers who expect a service agreement to sit behind the machine.
Power and garden
Outdoor power equipment and robotic lawn care, sold through garden and power equipment retailers who know the seasonal rhythm of the category.
Pool care
Robotic pool cleaners and pool maintenance technology, a category that lives or dies on reliable servicing during a short, intense season.
Partner status
Gold partners, not just resellers.
We hold gold partner status with several of the manufacturers we represent. That status is not a badge. It reflects sell-through, service performance and the fact that the brands we carry keep renewing.
We are selective for the same reason. Taking on two competing products in the same category serves neither of them, so we would rather commit properly to one and grow it.
How it works
Bringing a new brand to market.
1. Category and channel review
We look at where the product genuinely fits in each of our three regions, which retailers suit it, and what it will be compared against on the shelf. That review is honest. If a market is wrong for a product, we say so.
2. Pricing and positioning
We agree a position we can protect, then hold it. Products that get discounted into the market early rarely recover, and the brand carries that damage for years.
3. Launch
Retail listings, in-house marketing, content production and staff training across the channel, so the people selling the product can actually explain it.
4. The long tail
Local customer service, spare parts, warranty handling and repairs. This is the part most distributors treat as an afterthought, and it is where a brand's reputation is actually decided.
